Where do we ship to?
 
We will gladly ship your books to you within Canada. All products are shipped from our South Surrey Warehouse location in South Surrey, British Columbia, using primarily Canada Post (sometimes Canpar or Purolator for larger orders). Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and ship times are in business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We only ship COMPLETE orders. Please contact us if you want to split your order into multiple shipments as additional charges will apply. 
 
Why do I need to choose the South Surrey location for shipping orders?
 
All shipping orders, reguardless of which location you choose as your store, will be processed by the team at our South Surrey Warehouse. While we can still process your order if you have chosen a different location as your store, it is a more complicated process and there is more room for human error. If an item is available in stock at a different location that isn't in stock at the warehouse, it will be brought in by the fastest method. Our delivery driver visits all stores multiple times a week so transferring stock is fast and easy.
 
What are our rates?
 
Shipping within B.C. is flat $8.00* 
Shipping to the rest of Canada is flat $14.00*

Gift Cards are sent free using lettermail. If you would like to send it tracked with Canada Post, please indicate in the additional instructions at checkout. Tracked packets for gift cards will be
flat $8.00.

*Flat shipping does not apply to larger discounted school and institutional orders. You will be contacted with a quote including the shipping cost once the discount has been applied.

How long will it take?
  • Items in stock at our South Surrey Warehouse will be processed during business hours.
  • Items in stock at any other location will be sent to our South Surrey Warehouse to be processed, which takes 2-3 business days.
  • Items that need to be ordered should take as long as is indicated on your confirmation email to reach the warehouse, and will be processed same day once they arrive. If there are any anticipated delays, someone will be in touch with you.
  • Items which say "may be slow to obtain" will be slow to obtain, but a staff person will contact you with an estimate when processing the order
Once the order has been processed you will receive a tracking number. Canada Post visits our South Surrey Warehouse most weekdays, and once it is in their hands most local parcels are delivered within 2-3 business days. Outside of the lower mainland is about 4-5 days, and outside of BC can take up to a week depending on your location.
